Next semester (fall 2007 in the north), I will be teaching a new course on IT procurement for our MIS majors (both undergraduate and graduate). The content is still a bit up in the air, but I am considering topics such as negotiation, contracts, outsourcing of services and development, working with consultants and software licensing. So, three questions:
