Wow... this is an interesting one. She's more of a communication than an IS student and from South Africa, both of which would lead me to say ADMIT. My only concern is that I don't know if we have the expertise to advise her -- are any of us doing work on the strategy level? If so, I'd rate her 5/5 on the basis of supporting the OC in OCIS and on national diversity.
