This is a tough one. The letter is really strong, but I'm underwhelmed by the candidate's application. Perhaps it is my bias against deterministic studies...

I have a feeling that study is not really new at all. the issue of informational and normative influence... For VRT, there is no strong theoretical arguments making the argument.
