I'm being harsh here in order to help us make decisions. I didn't find his topic very novel (though maybe that's an argument for getting some good feedback) and the letter from Mark Kiel seemed luke warm.

Timing is good, but the study is not particularly compelling.

It is a bit too OB-ish. That said, it is a solid work, four studies with solid theoretical basis on a not terribly exiting topic.
